Some offers may be for the UK only, while others are for the USA and Canada, and still others may be for the whole world. It just depends on the product. A gift card for a popular store in the USA is of no use to someone in Australia, so the CPA network will not pay you for actions taken by someone in Australia.

Getting paid will take about 30 days and the CPA networks scrub their data because there is so much fraud. Imagine having an office full of people clicking on your ads so you could get paid! To prevent this, IP addresses are tracked and other measures are taken to ensure the actions or sales are legitimate.
